A stainless steel filter mesh is  insert moulded using our Arburg 80 tonne vertical machine. Plastic divider and lid are then manually assembled. The lid is ultrasonically welded to the body.

Four M5 brass threaded inserts are ultrasonically embedded in each corner.
Part finished with the addition of pad printed logo. (not shown)

After the over moulding operation is completed the lightpipes are ultrasonically welded in and the tamper cover and transfer rod are added.

Moulded as a pair - top and bottom. A stainless steel flapper valve is manually inserted before the parts are hot plate welded together on our Bielomatik hot plate welder.
