Our injection moulding machines are predominantly TOYO with a small number of BOY and ARBURG in our small machine range. We also have two vertical machines used primarily for insert moulding and encapsulation plus two ARBURG two shot multi-component machines.

Machines are all modern CNC controlled with several of the TOYO machines being all-electric which provides more process stability which ensures accurate repeatability and provides high quality parts.

All our plant is purchased new and replaced on a regular cycle, or earlier as new developments dictate. We have developed considerable experience in a broad range of engineering thermoplastic polymers such as polycarbonate alloys, polyesters, polyketones and high temperature and electroplating nylons.

Assembly

A comprehensive self contained assembly department can provide a variety of post moulding operations. A full time staff of four ensures that a multitude of customer requirements are meet in the fastest possible time to keep up with there busy export schedules.

These customers generally are supplied on JIT or Kanban ordering system therefore the ability to multi task and to provide finished goods quickly - is invaluable!
