A separate manufacturing facility gives us the capability to mould products for the healthcare, food packaging, electronics and white-ware industries.
 
This facility meets the requirements of a Class 2 Clean Room. Examples of products moulded include surgical valves,  precision lenses (appliance and medical), light pipes, lids and containers.

Equipped with six moulding machines from 30 through to 180 tonne, an external raw material supply system ensures that a high standard of airborne cleanliness is maintained. This is most important in the case of  where optical clarity is paramount. Materials processed in this facility include, polycarbonate (clear, tinted and medical), acrylic (PMMA), HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP (FDA approved materials)
